Refund policy

We will gladly accept the returns/exchanges.

Once we receive your return/exchange request, Return Authorization (RA) number will issued. RA number should be included with the Return.

Return/Exchange request must be done within 7 days after the dress was delivered.

Returns should be shipped to:

The return must be shipped within 5 days from the time it was approved.

Please do not forget to provide tracking number.

Once we receive the dress, we will notify you and issue Refund or send an exchange dress.

The dress must meet the following conditions:

- In original clear bag (Not Garment Bag)

- Include all original tags

- Free of all pet and human hair

- Packaged with care

- Smoke and Odor Free
